What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in insurance verifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology
• Professional appearance and consistent attendance

What You'll Handle Daily

• Conduct aggressive follow-ups to collect data from insurance companies
• Perform thorough insurance verifications with strong process knowledge
• Multitask effectively while keeping high attention to detail
• Enter data accurately at 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Navigate multiple insurance portals with ease
• Manage multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy
• Perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Apply medical terminology knowledge in daily tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speech
• Organize tasks and information effectively
• Demonstrate self-motivation and direction
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
