Bilingual Claims Operations Specialist (French-English) OPENLANE Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Overview OPENLANE is looking for a Claims Operations Specialist who will primarily manage customer calls to ensure that only customers with existing arbitration cases are transferred to the Arbitration team. The role requires managing timely arbitration between buyers and sellers to reach successful resolutions based on auction arbitration policies. The specialist will also oversee the timely closure of arbitration cases and assist in filing new claims. Responsibilities and Duties Handle customer queries about arbitration case status, payment, and refund inquiries via phone. Act as a liaison for incoming calls before transferring them to the Arbitration team. Create callback tasks for cases where the Arbitration Specialist is unavailable. Ensure vehicle data is accurate for remarketing purposes. Monitor cases pending for more than 24 hours and follow up with the Arbitration team. Verify support case accuracy and tag them to the correct arbitration case. Assist customers in filing arbitration cases through an online portal. Qualifications & Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferably 1‑3 years of automotive, mechanical, or body‑shop experience; dispute resolution experience is an asset. Experience with automobile brands, equipment, mechanics, and structure preferred. Superior customer service and dispute resolution orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective report writing and composition skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong management and organizational skills. Knowledge of health and safety practices and policies. French fluency is an asset but not required.
