The Senior Manager for Finance Business Solutions (FBS)will lead Finance Transformation initiatives, oversee Business Process and Application Support, and manage Master Data. This role ensures that all projects and operational activities are delivered seamlessly, on time, and with high quality — supporting both functional finance and system requirements.

A key focus will be on Finance and System Transformation, particularly those involving Oracle Cloud or other major system and process migrations (e.g., SAP).

This Role Focuses On

  • Delivering Finance Transformation projects and operational support on time and with excellence, covering both application support and master data management.
  • Reviewing, improving, and automating finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partnering closely with the Finance team to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Developing a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes to effectively align project requirements with business objectives.
  • Proactively identifying performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to ensure sustainable results.

Success Will Depend On

  • Strong project management capabilities from planning and budgeting to risk mitigation and execution.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and adaptability to change.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
