SALARY: Php44,00-Php55,000

WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree

With 4 years' experience in BPO

With 3 years' experience in leadership role

Experience in Fraud Contact Center and Non-fraud investigation

Amendable to work in shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in monitoring team attendance, schedule adherence, and task

completion.

Manage escalations from customers and internal stakeholders

Manage governance assessments both internal and external to communicate

performance progress and enhancement strategies

Responsible to regular coaching, performance feedback, and structured reviews to

team members.

Coordinate with operations manager to align with the company's goal, trainings need

to identify areas of improvement.
