This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's executive floor, including guest check-in and check-out, and managing the executive floor lounge.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have held similar roles in reputable hotels and possess the following qualities:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Excellent customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in another language is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of OPERA system
  • Well-versed in Food and Beverage operations
