JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's Degree holder

With 3 years of experience in 4+ years in fraud financial role

Has experience for at least 1 year in team leader role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the team's daily operations, including knowledge, procedure, and attendance compliance.
  • Handle customer and internal stakeholder escalations

Offer team members regular mentoring, structured reviews, and performance feedback.

  • Work together with training and quality departments to bridge knowledge gaps and promote operational excellence.

Maintain a high standard of service quality and adherence to contractual duties.
