Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and coordinate necessary clarifications or changes.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company and legal safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Assist in resolving technical or design-related issues that arise during construction.
  • Liaise with the design and planning teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Verify and record quantities of work done for progress billing and variation claims.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site records, correspondence, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs.
  • Evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Administer and manage contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Monitor project budgets and control project costs to avoid overruns.
  • Prepare and review progress payment applications and final accounts.
  • Conduct cost value reconciliation and financial forecasting.
  • Advise project management on contractual and financial risks.
  • Maintain accurate cost records and prepare cost reports for management and clients.
  • Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with contract terms.
