Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Design

  • Collaborate with business teams to assess and document existing workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities aligned with operational goals.
  • Design scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

RPA Development

  • Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows with UiPath Studio and Power Automate Cloud/Desktop.
  • Integrate RPA bots with SharePoint, PowerBI, and O365 tools.
  • Maintain and optimize automation scripts for efficiency and reliability.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy and system stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during UAT and deployment.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Document all automation workflows, configurations, and maintenance logs.
  • Analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Stay current with emerging RPA, AI, and automation technologies.

Support & Collaboration

  • Provide post-deployment support and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • MS O365 Cloud Services (SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerBI, OneDrive)
  • UiPath Suite (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub)
  • Experience designing RPA workflows, handling exceptions, and managing data

Good to Have:

  • Python, C#, VB.NET, or VBS scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Git, and Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration with automation tools

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 4–6 years of software development or automation experience
  • 3–4 years hands-on UiPath RPA development
  • UiPath Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
