We're Hiring: Sr. RPA Developer

We're looking for an experienced
Sr. RPA Developer
to join our team — a professional who thrives on optimizing business processes through intelligent automation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining
UiPath
and
Power Automate
workflows that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Automation Design

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and design RPA solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Translate process requirements into detailed automation designs and documentation.

RPA Development

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using
    UiPath Studio
    ,
    UiPath Orchestrator
    , and
    Power Automate
    (Cloud & Desktop).
  • Build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable automation scripts.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and applications.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing and production.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, logs, and reports.
  • Monitor and track automation deliverables and project progress.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the automation team.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including troubleshooting incidents and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure business continuity and consistent service quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA and AI trends, sharing best practices and emerging techniques.


Technical Skills & Competencies

Must Have:

  • Microsoft O365 Cloud Services:
    SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive
  • RPA Tools:
    UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

Good to Have:

  • Programming:
    Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS
  • Methodologies:
    Agile Scrum, Kanban
  • Tools:
    Git, Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge in
    AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Automations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Information Technology
    , or a related field.
  • 4–6 years
    of experience in
    software development
    ,
    automation
    , or
    RPA
    .
  • 3–4 years
    of hands-on experience in
    UiPath RPA development
    .
  • Skilled in designing and developing automation workflows using
    Microsoft Power Automate
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    UiPath workflow design
    ,
    exception handling
    , and
    data manipulation
    .
  • Experience with
    OCR
    or
    Document Understanding
    solutions is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of
    software development best practices
    .
  • UiPath Certification
    preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    AI/ML concepts
    and integrating them with RPA workflows is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
