The Role: Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer, you'll lead the development of our client's public-facing web platform-from their globally loved blog to seamless signup and subscription flows. You'll drive innovation, scale, and performance while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with product and content teams to deliver engaging, accessible, and beautiful user experiences.

Your Daily Impact

• Lead the development of our client's SvelteKit-based web platform, hosted on Netlify and powered by Contentful CMS
• Build and enhance public-facing features including blogs, program pages, and subscription flows
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to deliver accessible, performant, and visually compelling user experiences
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of the platform-from signup flow to SEO
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers
• Refine infrastructure, architecture, and deployment workflows to support future growth

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of web development experience, ideally with modern JS frameworks such as SvelteKit, , or similar
• Collaborative approach with confidence in sharing ideas, reviewing code, and supporting teammates
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative
