Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to design, build, and maintain dynamic and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate is proficient in coding, creative in problem-solving, and has a strong understanding of modern web development standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or ).
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to align web designs with company goals.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and search engine rankings (SEO).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or errors promptly.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and databases to enhance website functionality.
  • Test website functionality across browsers and devices for compatibility.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they are secure and meet evolving user needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, or ) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Laravel, or Django).
  • Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a bonus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce development.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
