QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mid-Level: 2–5 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing business requirements, process analysis, and project delivery.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong background in project delivery, scheduling, resource management, and client communication.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, requirements documentation, SRS/BRD review.
  • Knowledgeable in system analysis, API concepts, and technical documentation.
  • Advantage: Cybersecurity, data privacy, ISO/ISM standards knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Gather and document business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.


• Analyze business processes: Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.


• Develop and maintain documentation: Create and update business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.


• Facilitate communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.


• Support project delivery: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution. Support the development of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Provide recommendations: Suggest process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency.


• Ensure alignment with business objectives: Ensure that solutions and initiatives support strategic business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.


• Mentor and support team members: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
