Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and develop retail store performance across a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, ensuring high-quality merchandising standards, and supporting the opening of new outlets. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with key retail partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a designated number of retail stores/outlets to drive sales performance.
  • Lead, train, and monitor merchandisers to ensure high standards of product display and in-store execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide accurate reporting to management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and assist in new store development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or merchandising role, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to store locations.
