II. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING

  1. Makes the decision based on operational/required in his/her position only

  2. Needs support and communicates the decision to concern immediate head

Repairing engine failures, mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components.

Adjust engine control systems and timing to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance.

Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and washing.

Completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel alignment, replacing filters;

Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections;

Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs

Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles.

Verifies vehicle service ability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.

Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.

Saves costs by using warranty, evaluating service and parts options.

Cleanliness & Orderliness of working area

Performs other duty as assigned from time to time.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

A. REQUIRED

Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas of:

Provides repairs and maintenance to all company vehicles.

  • Ability to work with accuracy

  • Ability to handle pressures
  • With Professional Driver's License (1,2,3)

B. DESIRABLE

Graduate of vocational course in Automotive or equivalent

At least one (1) year work related experience.

VII. WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Normal air-conditioned room, well-ventilated working space
  • With possibility of regional or provincial official business
  • Five (5) days a week at nine and a half (9.5) hours a day, Monday to Sunday due to rotational schedule.
  • With possibility of weekend duties and shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,127.90 per month
