Automotive Service Operations Manager

The primary objective of this full-time role is to oversee the aftersales operations of our automotive business. This involves managing and coordinating a team of technicians, parts personnel, and customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase customer retention.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our automotive products to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels of spare parts and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain availability.
  • Analyze aftersales data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Liaise with the sales team to align aftersales support with customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive aftersales or service industry.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant degree or certification in automotive technology or a related field.
