With affiliates driving a huge part of our growth, we're now looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help us expand and strengthen our partnerships with top creators, influencers, and sellers across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about influencer/affiliate marketing, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard affiliates/influencers on our e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to keep them engaged and motivated.
  • Plan and roll out promotions & incentives for affiliates to maximize sales.
  • Monitor performance metrics (sales, GMV, conversion rates) and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align campaigns with store promos and launches.
  • Provide affiliates with updated content and resources (product details, banners, creative assets).
  • Track affiliate payouts and budgets in coordination with Finance and Ecommerce.
  • Spot and nurture high-performing affiliates to turn them into brand ambassadors.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or partnerships (affiliate experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and creating performance reports.
  • Familiar with ecommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and affiliate dashboards.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site at our Las Pinas office.
