Job Description:

Responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of the construction project site. Ensures that work is carried out according to plans, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinates with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and achieve project milestones.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and workforce supervision.
  • Implement project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, safety, and compliance at the site.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular project updates.
  • Assist in attending client and site meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and project handling.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
  • Willing to work on a project-based employment arrangement in Davao.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
