Main Duties & Responsibilities:

● In-charge of processing all permits pertaining to the project but not limited to; Development Permit, License to Sell, Building Permits, Electrical power application, Main water connection application, Communication and Internet application, Occupancy permit, etc.

● Monitor and process permit applications with agreed timeframes

● Liaising with local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities on the implications of the construction

● Involve in budgeting for permit expenses

● Maintain Permits and isolations register and store associated documentation in accordance with

● Contribute to continuous improvement of MSPI Property services, particularly processes and data administered by the Technical Team

● Establish and maintains significant level of relationship with customers and relevant government agencies.

● Liaise and coordinate with other business units and internal service provider to ensure that all requirements are in compliance to national standards

● Attend meetings related to project legal documents as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the top management

Job Qualifications:

● With at least 2 years of experience

● Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Business administration or Engineering with knowledge to National Building Code and its pertaining Rules and Regulations in Construction

● Familiarity in processing construction permits is an advantage

● Enjoys dealing with other people and has good communication skills.

● Ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in conflict situations

● Can work under pressure
