Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HINO customers, ensuring prompt and effective service.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement activities and satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to start immediately.
