Job Summary:

As a head of Project Management Office, you are responsible for overseeing the entire Project Management Office within an organization, ensuring projects align with strategic goals, follow best practices, and are executed efficiently by managing a team of project managers, monitoring project performance, and reporting to senior stakeholders; essentially acting as the leader and decision-maker for all project management activities within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Ensure Projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Ensure proper project activation of project making sure all items in handover checklist are complete
  • Ensure all Change requests are logged and go through work flow approval
  • Secure Customer Sign-off on completion reports
  • Ensure handover to Support of Project Completion including As built plans and updates to customer concessions Monitor PM compliance to internal company policies.
  • Lead project managers in the successful execution of IT product implementations, including server, storage, backup solutions, network security, and cloud services.

Job Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • College Graduate in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), or Industrial Engineering (IE).

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of project coordination and management experience (deal-breaker: No).
  • Strong background in IT product implementations, such as servers, storage, backup solutions, networks, security solutions, and cloud technologies.

Certification Requirements:

  • Relevant certifications in Project Management, IT Implementation, or related fields are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in IT products implementation, including servers, storage, backup solutions, network security, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of project managers.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and company policies.
