1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary documentation.
2. Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
3. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking review timelines, providing training to managers, and ensuring feedback is communicated effectively.
- Assist in creating performance improvement plans and following up on employee progress.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and provide recommendations for development.
4. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, and retirement plans, ensuring proper enrollment and changes are processed timely.
- Work closely with payroll to ensure that salaries, bonuses, and incentives are correctly calculated and paid on time.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure the company's compliance with local and labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with data privacy laws.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports as needed.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions on a variety of topics including compliance, leadership, safety, and professional development.
- Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.
- Track employee development progress and maintain training records.
7. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at improving morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Analyze employee feedback and assist with implementing improvements to work culture.
- Support the development and execution of employee recognition and rewards programs.
8. Health, Safety, and Well-being
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and assist in developing health programs.
- Promote employee well-being initiatives and provide resources for managing work-life balance.
- Conduct safety audits and handle any safety-related incidents or concerns.
9. HR Administration
- Maintain and update HR-related documents, files, and records.
- Assist in HR-related reporting and provide regular updates to senior management on HR metrics.
- Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation and return of company property.
Job Type: Full-time
