1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary documentation.

2. Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

3. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process by tracking review timelines, providing training to managers, and ensuring feedback is communicated effectively.
  • Assist in creating performance improvement plans and following up on employee progress.
  • Monitor employee performance metrics and provide recommendations for development.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, and retirement plans, ensuring proper enrollment and changes are processed timely.
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure that salaries, bonuses, and incentives are correctly calculated and paid on time.

5. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure the company's compliance with local and labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports as needed.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions on a variety of topics including compliance, leadership, safety, and professional development.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.
  • Track employee development progress and maintain training records.

7. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at improving morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Analyze employee feedback and assist with implementing improvements to work culture.
  • Support the development and execution of employee recognition and rewards programs.

8. Health, Safety, and Well-being

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and assist in developing health programs.
  • Promote employee well-being initiatives and provide resources for managing work-life balance.
  • Conduct safety audits and handle any safety-related incidents or concerns.

9. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update HR-related documents, files, and records.
  • Assist in HR-related reporting and provide regular updates to senior management on HR metrics.
  • Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation and return of company property.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
