JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES ASSISTANT

The Company:

Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.

The Sales Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client communications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, goals, and close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
  • Maintain product knowledge to support both clients and the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related Field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in working and assisting the sales team is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Set-up:

Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Time:

8 am to 5 pm/9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday
