The role involves monitoring, analysis, policy management, and collaboration with management to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor reports received through the client's whistleblower helpline and ensure timely review.
  • Draft and provide appropriate responses to reporters in line with company policies and processes.
  • Prepare trend and statistical analysis reports to track compliance issues and monitor resolution progress.
  • Collaborate regularly with management teams handling fraud or ethics-related incidents.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of compliance policies to ensure relevance and alignment with local regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Integrity Risk and Compliance on investigations, resolutions, and legal consultations as required.

  • Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across the organization, including adherence to:

  • Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)

  • Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations

  • SEC Circulars

  • PEZA and BOI requirements

  • Local Government Unit (LGU) compliance regulations

  • Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions, including conducting training and awareness programs as needed.

  • Prepare regular compliance status reports for senior management and the Board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or Compliance certification is an advantage).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Taguig City and manage project deliverables within timelines
