The
Compliance Officer
is responsible for
ensuring that the company is adhering to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to finance
. This includes financial risk management, monitoring of transactions, and money laundering prevention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in discussions on critical regulatory issues and make necessary recommendations to address various regulatory concerns affecting the company.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies to ensure that the company operates legally and responsibly, especially with regards to Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Monitor and ensure the resolution of external audit findings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to properly address compliance issues that may be subject to investigation and identify possible areas of concern.
  • Ensure periodic reviews of the compliance policy to measure its effectiveness and address all cited deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulators on AML issues, assist in clarifying laws, rules, and regulations, and support the management of regulatory examinations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Legal Management
  • 3 years of work experience in compliance, legal, and/or Anti-Money Laundering
  • Analytical and has a macro-level ability to comprehend and interpret regulations and policies
  • With policy-writing skills
  • Proficient in Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
