Site Admin Assistant's job responsibilities/duties include, but not limited to, monitoring day-to-day operations on site, handles various paper works, maintain and organized soft and hard copy files, monitor general supplies needed, answering phone calls and emails, assisting visitors/clients, and handles arranging appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Must completed at least 2 years in college
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of reports and other documents.
  • With at least 1-year experience in handling documents and clerical works;
  • With at least 6 months of working experience as Time Keeper and spot checker in construction industry is an advantage;
  • Must be good in clerical works and organizing
  • Must have a basic knowledge in using MS application: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be assigned to be assigned in Las Piñas or Silang, Cavite
  • Willing to start immediately
