Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare, hold and maintain the master copy of all Quality System documents.
• To carry out amendments and changes to the Quality System documents.
• To control, issue and distribute Quality System documents to all recipients as per distribution lists in respective manuals.
• To assist all department heads and personnel on day-to-day implementation of the Quality System.
• To assist MR in monitoring the implementation of the Quality System at all levels of the Company.
• To implement, coordinate and monitor on the progress of IQA program.
• To assist MR in monitoring all NCRs and ensure that they are closed out timely.
• To assist MR in the preparation of analysis of data.
• To liaise with Certification body other external standards organizations on behalf of MR as so instructed.
• To conduct induction training on the Company's Quality System to all new staff.
• To prepare and issue minutes of MRB meetings to members.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by MR or BOD.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Diploma in any discipline with ISO & IQA Certificates is an advantage
• 1-2 years' work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
