Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator – Residential & Commercial Services

Location: Remote (Arizona Time Zone)

Salary: $5/hr

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Training (First 2 Weeks – AZ Time):

  • Sun: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Mon: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Tue–Thu: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Fri: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sat: 10:00 AM start

Post-Training:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
  3. Schedule Estimators and Service Technicians efficiently.
  4. Assign and route digital marketing leads to the appropriate business units.
  5. Maintain and update organized client files.
  6. Assist with pricing inquiries and respond to questions on multiple social media platforms.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations.

Experience & Skills Required:

  1. 2+ years of administrative experience.
  2. 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  3. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, or similar tools (preferred).
  4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  5. Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  6. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or priorities.
  10. Problem-solving skills to handle complex issues efficiently.
