JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Prepare and implement QA/QC plans for glass and aluminum works in both new construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection schedules, sampling methods, and testing requirements in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of glass, aluminum profiles, sealants, and accessories to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular material quality assessments through detailed laboratory and on-site testing.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, design consultants, and production teams to establish quality procedures and ensure all QA/QC requirements are properly executed and documented.
  • Review and verify material sources and suppliers to confirm that product quality and performance meet project requirements.
  • Ensure that all fabrication and installation activities comply with company standards, client specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, particularly within the façade, glass, and aluminum industry.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
