Job Description

A. Drive Sales Performance

  • Conduct daily field sales activities to achieve company sales and productivity goals.
  • Lead and manage sales agents, ensuring effective execution of day-to-day sales operations.
  • Set clear sales targets for agents and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Plan and assign daily and weekly itineraries to maximize client visits.
  • Address agent concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Field Sales Supervisor when necessary.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company standards and values.
  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns to boost sales performance.

B. Build and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of sales agents.
  • Equip the team with the necessary tools, training, product knowledge, and professional discipline to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year of related experience from any of the following industries: Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management, Underwriting, or Sales of a Financing Product.
  • Willig to work on field.
  • Must know how to drive motorcycle with an active driver's license.
