We are a rapidly scaling international sales agency that promotes our clients in sectors such as event rentals, car rentals, marketing services, and real estate. Our Philippines-based remote teams use WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media outreach to generate bookings for partner brands.

Role Overview

We seek Sales Development Representatives and Sales Team Managers who can drive sales through proactive outreach and follow-through.

  • SDRs operate individually—closing deals, logging leads, and optimizing conversions.
  • Sales Managers lead teams of 10–15 members. They earn their own commissions and receive a 20% override on team performance.

Compensation & Earnings

  • Agents earn a commission percentage per confirmed booking.
  • Managers earn commissions plus 20% on their team's collective sales.
  • Based on typical performance:
  • Minimum realistic earnings ~₱12,000/month (~USD $220)
  • Average performers: ₱20,000–₱35,000/month (~USD $360–$640)
  • High achievers: ₱40,000–₱55,000+/month (USD $720–$1,000+)
  • Base salary considered after three months for sustained performance.
