Position Overview:

We are seeking an onsite Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a successful career in the mortgage industry. You don't need prior mortgage experience—we will teach you everything you need to know If you're motivated by results, enjoy leading a team, and have a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive mortgage sales by promoting LBC Mortgage products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Train and support new sales team members on mortgage products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve company goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular feedback to sales team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Previous experience in real estate would be a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
