Responsibilities

●      Master the full suite of social media advertising products to provide expert guidance.

●      Resolve customer inquiries thoughtfully and efficiently through online chat and email channels.

●      Guide customers in troubleshooting product-related issues, escalate reports to relevant teams, and propose interim solutions to minimize disruptions.

●      Manage your workflow to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

●      Perform in-depth troubleshooting using internal and external tools to diagnose problems accurately.

●      Replicate issues in a controlled test environment to validate findings.

●      Develop and test hypotheses by systematically eliminating variables to identify root causes.

●      Conduct data analysis by interpreting metrics, benchmarking against prior campaigns, and comparing with similar advertisers.

●      Investigate root causes, such as reviewing website source code or pixel implementations, to ensure comprehensive resolutions.

Requirements

● years of prior experience in ad operations, ad support, or ad sales (required).

●      Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in online collaboration tools.

●      Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining speed and precision.

●      Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus, motivation, and adaptability to evolving priorities.

●      Research-driven approach: Exceptionally resourceful, with a proactive stance in leveraging knowledge bases to uncover solutions.

●      Data-centric and technical orientation, coupled with curiosity and a proactive problem-solving style.

●      Skill in identifying similar past issues, applying proven workarounds, and rapidly learning new concepts.

●      Analytical prowess: Data-backed reasoning, critical thinking, logical deduction, and objective evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who bring:

●      Experience in Level 1/Level 2 support for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) or technical advertisers.

●      Familiarity with CRM tools, online advertising platforms, and analytics software.

●      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HTML.
