Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • With at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry
  • Has strong supervisory, leadership and retail skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Has Good Customer Service Skills

Job Description:

-Ensures monthly achievement of sales. Initiate programs/activities that can help achieve sales target.

-Prepare bi-monthly inventory count and ensure no variances and all items are being accounted for.

-Prepare purchase orders

-Monitors Expiry dates, ensure FEFO is practiced and near-ex is flagged for flush-out activity.

-Cash Handling, custodian of cash and ensures that no cash is missing

-Handle and supervises the entire operations team. Boost the team's morale.

-Can delegate tasks properly to the team.

-Coordinate with different departments for any concerns needed to be addressed.

-Ensures daily smooth operations and manages customer complaints.

-Prepare and send monthly sales reports.
