Located in the country's premier beach destination, Shangri-La Boracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island, the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. The resort offers 219 rooms including 36 villas and suites; comprehensive leisure facilities; 350 meters of secluded beach front; and a thriving ecosystem of diverse flora and fauna. Within the resort, guests may find a tranquil escape in Chi, The Spa.

As an Employee Relations, we rely on you to:

  • Keeps record of all the employee activities conducted and the expenses incurred.
  • Assists in disseminating information relevant to the general staff.
  • Maintains confidentiality of specified information, as needed, and instructed.
  • Tracking and follow-up of all departmental Dialogue sessions.
  • Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
  • Provides first-level support of employee relations matters and uses judgment to give direction to employees or involve higher-level management.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an experience with a 5-star hotel in the same capacity, preferably
  • Is friendly and helpful, organized
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English
  • Is detail-oriented, creative, and has the ability to drive change
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft programs e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, word
  • Has strong interpersonal skills
