Position Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Quick Rundown:

The Digital Marketing Strategist & Analytics Lead serves as the team, ensuring all digital marketing efforts campaigns, SEO, website updates, email, CRM workflows, and reporting are aligned and running efficiently across all client accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven, highly organized, and confident working across multiple digital marketing areas..

What Youll Do:

1. Execution Leadership & Coordination

• Oversee and prioritize all offshore work.

• Turn strategic direction into actionable plans.

• Assign tasks, ensure quality, and maintain consistency across client accounts.

• Act as the daily operational lead for offshore marketing execution.

2. HubSpot Operations

• Manage campaigns, lists, automations, and CRM workflows with the HubSpot specialist.

• Use HubSpot insights and analytics to guide strategy and reporting.

• Ensure all HubSpot assets support campaign objectives.

3. Analytics Ownership

• Serve as the primary owner of all marketing and enrollment data.

• Lead weekly/monthly reporting and monitor lead-to-enrollment funnels.

• Analyze performance across clients and maintain alignment in GA4, HubSpot, and Looker.
  Validate tracking, interpret attribution data, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.

4. Campaign Execution & Channel Management

• Execute multi-channel marketing plans for schools and business clients.

• Build and optimize Meta and Google ads.

• Run A/B tests across ads, email, and landing pages.

• Coordinate required creative and technical assets.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner with Web/SEO, HubSpot, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution.

• Support onshore leadership in implementing Fit Engine strategies.
  Ensure smooth alignment of data, workflows, and campaign activities across all digital functions.

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy

• High proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, basic admin) or similar CRM

• Strong background in multi-channel execution (web, email, paid ads, SEO coordination)

• Solid analytics skills, including GA4, attribution models, and funnel reporting

• Ability to interpret and translate performance dashboards into insights

• Strong multitasking skills with experience managing multiple clients and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
