Administrative & Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We're hiring an Administrative & Office Coordinator to manage office operations, support employee needs, and ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming workplace. This role also serves as the key liaison between our Manila and Nuvali offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration and facility upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors, building admin, and support teams
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and purchasing support
- Organize travel arrangements and visitor logistics
- Ensure compliance with OSH, 5S, and sustainability practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Admin, HR, or Finance operations
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
- English proficiency (Level B2); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
