International Trainee Network is looking for an additional Sales and Registration Coordinator to help us in our overall talent aquisition efforts. He/She will have a vital role in the recruitment of participants for our programs.

Registration Role:

  • Check eligibility of candidates.

  • Conduct introductory calls with the candidates, checking their English proficiency and comprehension.

  • Collect and review non-sponsor documents.

  • Endorse to Hotels/Properties in the USA for Skype interviews.

  • Speak and orient selected candidates about the program as a whole.

  • Source candidates for live and virtual recruitment fairs.

  • Take part in the conceptualization of sourcing strategies.

  • Interview local and international candidates

  • Plan and promote live recruitment fairs online and by visiting the schools.

  • Coordinates with the manager for the live recruitment fairs.

  • Prepare EOM and EOQ reports

  • Hybrid working condition until further notice – once a week on-site.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills

-Experience in sales is preferred but not required

  • Strong written and spoken English level

  • Strong multitasking skills

  • Willing to go onsite once a week

  • Personable, attentive and detail orientated

  • Able to remain calm in difficult situations

Office equipment will be provided.
