Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented MFC Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our MFC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of inbound and outbound processes, implementing operational improvements, and maintaining a high standard of warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inbound and outbound transactions
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of putaway, staging, and dispatch activities
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely and effective resolutions
  • Ensure optimal utilization of space, docks, and warehouse layout
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel; implement disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Evaluate current workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) compliance and ensure proper putaway procedures
  • Ensure data accuracy and the completeness of physical documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Plan for future capacity and operational requirements
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership and conflict management abilities
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and best practices
  • Passion for making a positive impact, particularly in supporting local communities such as Sari-Sari store owners
