We're Hiring – Warehouse Staff Location: SRC Bldg., Corner Arroyo St. & R. Castillo St., Agdao, Davao City

Receiving Shipments: Unload deliveries from trucks and containers, ensuring that all items are handled safely. Check the contents of shipments against packing slips to confirm accuracy and report any discrepancies. Inspect items for damage or defects upon receipt and document any issues for management.

Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Update inventory management systems with new arrivals, adjustments, and outgoing shipments. Organize stock in designated areas, following proper labeling and storage practices.

Stock Organization: Ensure that items are stored in an orderly manner, maximizing space and accessibility. Rotate stock regularly to ensure older items are used or shipped first (FIFO - First In, First Out). Maintain clear pathways and access to inventory locations to promote safety and efficiency.

Order Fulfillment: Pick items from inventory based on order requests, ensuring accuracy in selection. Pack products securely for shipping, using appropriate materials to prevent damage.

Label packages correctly and prepare them for distribution according to shipping protocols.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, to transport goods. Perform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure they are in a safe working condition. Adhere to safety protocols while using equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products before shipping to ensure they meet company standards .Report any quality issues or non-conformance to supervisors for resolution.

Assist in returning defective or unsellable items to suppliers as needed.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Assist team members during peak periods or special projects, sharing tasks as needed. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Documenting Inventory Changes: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and adjustments in the warehouse management system. Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, shipments, and returns for management review. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Physical Stamina: The Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, standing for long periods,

and moving quickly throughout the warehouse.

Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety practices and regulations, ensuring personal and team safety in

the workplace.

Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responding

effectively to new challenges.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors, facilitating smooth

operations and addressing issues promptly.

Basic Equipment Operation: Familiarity with safely operating warehouse equipment, understanding handling techniques to

avoid accidents and injuries.

Willing to do field work, especially for clients, and Delivery

Job Type: Full-time
