What you'll be doing

  • Experience in the F&B / Restaurant industry as Purchasing/Inventory Officer an advantage
  • Negotiate advantageous pricing, delivery schedules and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
  • Manage the purchasing and inventory of restaurant items/supplies to meet production demands
  • Collaborate with the Store, Head Office production, logistics and finance teams to optimize the supply coordination
  • Ensure all purchasing activities are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Quality focus

  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in related field
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities
