  • In-charge with the processing of Zenith United Local Purchase Order, updating Price List and Supplier Directory, and Submission of PO Report.
  • Work efficiently for the canvassing of local items with the best price, quality, and fastest delivery lead time to meet the requirements.
  • In-charge also for the processing of Intercompany PO.
  • Work efficiently with the sourcing as for no local items must be purchased if the equivalent imported item is present.
  • Closely monitoring of purchased order status, Order Confirmation, Advance Notice of Arrival, Actual Notice of Arrival.
  • Maintain and Update Supplier's record including Yearly Supplier Evaluation. - Monthly review and submission of Purchase Order report.
  • Closely monitoring of order and delivery status.
  • Full coordination with proper documentation to Warehouse Inventory/Receiving for incoming items.
  • To maintain a good relationship with the internal customer and local partners.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
