RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for tapping social banquet events such as but not limited to weddings, baptisms, birthdays, graduations, and other related social gatherings
  • Create socials packages (costing, pricing) to be approved by Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales
  • Responsible for ensuring socials packages are well coordinated, well presented, well compiled, and well communicated to the guest
  • Accountable for the entire transaction process from initial client inquiry to signing of contract and ensuring full payment, creating the contract and having it approved by immediate superior, and overseeing smooth and successful event
  • Responsible for entertaining walk-in guests at the property Sales Office
  • Assist guests with hotel oculars as required
  • Prepare and send out Contracted Rates, Proposals, and Contracts to companies as required (with prior approval from immediate superior)
  • Daily telemarketing to at least 10-15 accounts daily
  • Submit Daily Sales Report to Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales
  • Responsible for meeting monthly quota assigned
  • Must be in close coordination with Operations to ensure events are running smoothly and successful
  • Send out BEOs and other related sales documents needed for events
  • Prepare MTD and YTD individual salesperson production report and send to immediate superior
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and contracts in absence of Sales Managers
  • Assist and oversee banquet events under Davao Sales Department (including events of other Sales Managers)
  • Ensure proper and timely communication with guest needs, Sales Manager in-charge (if not the Banquet and Sales Coordinator's event) and Operations
  • Ensure smooth flow of the event from preparation to finish
