Job Responsibilities

Full-Cycle B2B Sales (Acquisition → Growth)

  • Build your own pipeline (outbound first): identify, research, and contact potential resellers; run discovery, demos, and value-led pitches across phone, chat, email, and social.
  • Close new reseller accounts using our trial offers and wholesale packages; handle basic contracting and invoicing (simple process provided).
  • Onboard new partners: product training, merchandising basics, and first-order success plan.
  • Grow & retain your accounts: maintain regular touchpoints, run restock planning, co-promos, and small activations to drive velocity and reorders.
  • Do face-to-face meetings in Metro Manila when needed to close or deepen key accounts.

Sales Process & Collaboration

  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene (simple tracker/CRM), accurate forecasts, and reliable close dates.
  • Provide market feedback to Marketing/Operations: offer tests, objections, pricing signals, and packaging/assortment suggestions.
  • Coordinate with Ops for fulfillment and logistics; ensure smooth post-close handoffs and on-time deliveries.

Partner Success

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews for top accounts (sell-through, reorders, displays, bundles).
  • Create simple playbooks partners can follow (how to pitch to their customers, best-seller bundles, reorder cadence).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally FMCG/beauty/skincare/consumer with reseller or distributor motion. Proven cold outreach + closing track record.
  • Languages & Presence: Strong English/Tagalog; confident on calls and in in-person meetings with owners/managers.
  • Sales Skills: Prospecting, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and value-based closing. Comfortable running high-activity outbound.
  • Tools: Comfortable with simple CRMs/trackers (HubSpot/Airtable/Sheets), Google Workspace, and basic reporting.
  • Traits: Hunter-closer who also tends the farm; highly organized, accountable to numbers, coachable, and proactive in finding leads even without hand-offs.
  • Location: Ideally Metro Manila for occasional face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience launching reseller/wholesale programs or boutique distribution.
  • Merchandising basics (shelf, displays, bundling) and light trade marketing ideas.
  • Network within barbershops, grooming stores, clinics, gyms, specialty retail.

Work Setup

  • Contract: Full-time employment (6-month probationary period).
  • Location: Remote + Metro Manila field meetings as needed.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PHT (1-hour break).
  • Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and laptop in a quiet workspace.
