Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the integrated marketing and communication of brands under BO in the Philippine market. In accordance with industry and marketing hotspots, closely coordinate with teams such as PR, KOL, social media, and operations, organize internal and external resources, and promote the implementation and execution of brand/marketing plans;
  • According to the brand strategy, based on insights into the local consumer market in the Philippines and insights into competing products to summarize opportunities, formulate the digital communication strategy and annual activities for the Philippines, be able to assume the responsibilities of a project manager, and integrate and execute multi-dimensional market modules in the country, including but not limited to goal setting, requirement collection and filtering, plan formulation, resource integration, project execution supervision and implementation, and project recap;
  • Responsible for the daily operation of local social media platforms, plan UGC activities from the perspective of social media to increase the stickiness of social media followers, and collaborate with the design department on producing creative content;
  • Based on the ultimate goal of integrated marketing, brand tone, and market media environment, customize a localization media mix strategy, implement it according to the actual business situation, and conduct an effectiveness review;
  • Maintain relationships with national media/KOLs, and expand heavyweight national media/mediums, including traditional and new media, etc.;
  • Coordinate national annual marketing expenses and manage local execution teams;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in marketing, communication or related fields preferred;
  • At least 3 years or more of social media operation experience, especially with relatively rich experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, familiar with the operating models of social media platforms, influencer operation, and their advertising promotion functions;
  • Possess cross-cultural communication skills and relatively mature team management experience;
  • Possess keen market insight and strategic planning capabilities, and be able to quickly adjust social media operation plans according to different market environments;
  • Good project management and Data Analysis skills, capable of making Data-driven decisions;
  • Fluent written and oral English skills, with preference given to those who have proficiency in other foreign languages (Philippines);
