Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, and support organizational objectives. With proven expertise in Real Estate, Conglomerates, and MNCs, the role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, analytical, and creative capabilities to manage integrated marketing campaigns, brand development, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence and corporate reputation.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
  • Oversee content development, advertising, media planning, and public relations activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve business and performance targets.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all channels and business units.
  • Support business development initiatives and corporate events to drive engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in Real Estate, Conglomerates, and/or MNCs.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, marketing automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
