What You'll Do & Learn:

As our Project Manager, you'll be at the center of our operations — planning, executing, and delivering projects that matter. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, develop leadership skills, and play a vital role in achieving business goals.

Project Planning

  • Developing a clear roadmap for project execution, setting goals, timelines and resources.

Team Leadership

  • Organizing and leading the project team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and tasks.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Keeping costs in check, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring the project stays within financial limits.

Risk Assessment

  • Identifying potential risks and creating strategies to mitigate them before they become problems.

Stockholder Communication

  • Keeping everyone involved (clients, team members and executives) updated on progress and changes.

Quality Control

  • Ensuring the final deliverables meet standards, expectations and business requirements.

Time Management

  • Manage the dates committed specially the milestones and deliverables. Re-baseline the project schedule when the situation calls for it.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Provide weekly status reports to program manager/director and to the projct stakeholders/executives.
  • Identiy and document project risks and issues, mitigate and resolve them.

Project Closure

  • Properly closing the project by turning over all the deliverables and artifacts for archiving, release the project resources to be used for another project and conducting a post project review (retrospective review).

Your Path to Project Success Starts Here:

We're looking for detail-oriented leaders who are organized, proactive, and excited to drive real results.

  • Must know the Project Management Fundamentals (e.g. Project Management Framework, Project Plan, Risk Management, Issue Management, Types of Task Dependencies, etc.)
  • Must know how to create a project plan in MS Project or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years solid experience in managing projects.
  • Must have at least two (2) medium to high complexity projects.
