Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and strong coordination among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and handle any issues that arise.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in project management (preferably in construction/renewable energy projects).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • PMP Certification is an advantage.
  • Willing to be visit the project sites when needed but the office will be on BGC, Taguig
