We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled 
Powerbi Data Analyst
 with hands-on experience in Power BI and Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into insights, develop interactive dashboards, and contribute to the company's data modernization initiatives using cloud technologies and various Microsoft software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to visualize complex data.
  • Cleanse, transform, and model large datasets using Power Query, DAX, and other tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Use Azure services to manage and orchestrate data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights aligned with organizational goals.
  • Optimize data workflows and ensure performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of data governance policies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows, Notebooks) for data integration and modeling.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, forecasting, and machine learning using available tools in the Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals.
  • Experience with Azure services related to data storage and transformation
  • Nice to have if there's a hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Direct Lake mode, Lakehouse, Pipelines).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing structured data.
  • Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Can report daily to ALABANG/DAVAO Office (whichever is nearer to the location of Applicant)
