As a Training Expert, you will set the path to success by overseeing new hire, progression and enhancement training. You are also expected to:

Key Responsibilities


• Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft & technical skills training


• Utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended/scenario/transmission/self-based learning environment


• Engage audience participation through active learning techniques


• Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision


• Support Nesting/OJT/TQ/Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed


• Identify learner gaps and address with appropriate training solutions


• Develop non-classroom communication and training materials


• Assess participant and class performance in FT/CST & Nesting


• Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)


• Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manage

Required Skills/Education


• years Technical Training delivery experience in a technical contact center environment.


• Preferably, has collections/ banking/ financial and/or fintech experience.


• Has omnichannel experience (voice, non-voice, chat etc.)


• College graduate of any discipline or equivalent tenure experience in relevant field


• Knowledge / understanding of Customer Relationship Management


• Vertical Experience (please indicate)


• Two - Three years BPO experience


• Able to work and comprehend different accents


• Flexible to work in different schedules (shifting schedules) and willing to work in different locations if the need arises


• Demonstrates cultural competency and


• Encourages critical thinking
