QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but with experience is an advantage
- With experience in sales and marketing and customer handling
- Good in oral and written communication
- Proficient in excel, word and power point
- Willing to be assigned in our Sales Office in 1st Street Balibago, Angeles City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist buyers on any concern, relay and update them for any development update
- Encoding, filling and typing of legal documents in the system and transmit notarized documents
- Update necessary reports such as Sales reports and Background reports
- Explain the details of the property from house model, block and lot computations and contracts which should be signed and logged on notarial book
